Day 5: Amazing Grindelwald

Grindelwald is a small Swiss village enclosed by majestic mountains on every side. It is beautiful all year round and I'm glad to have visit in summer where the meadows were green and flowers were in full bloom.   Grindelwald First  Amazingly, it snowed the night before and when we took the cable ride up to First, we were in winter wonderland. Just imagined, how excited we were to enjoy snow in this amazing summer.   Greeny Meadows At Winter Wonderland full of snow  A few must visit places on First include the Tissot First Cliff Walk and the hike up to the Bachalpsee Lake. In fact, there were many activities up on First including the thrilling First Zipline, mountain bike or trotti bike. You can buy the all-inclusive ticket from the cable car station.  When we got off at our very stop, we got this snowy view and instantly, I was feeling Oh-la-la.... The climate changed dramatically and soon, everywhere was foggy... The fog was too thick when

Day 4: Lauterbrunnen

A visit  to Lauterbrunnen is definitely not to be missed. I've seen so many photographs of this beautiful town of Lauterbrunnen and I really find this place enchanting like straight out of the fairy tale.  My expectation of Lauterbrunnen on a sunny day  Lauterbrunnen is one of the most beautiful places I've been in my life. What makes it out-of-this-world is the perfect combination of majestic waterfalls, the towering steep rock walls and the Alps's magical charm. I'm totally smitten by this Swiss piece of heaven. The valley of Lauterbrunnen is one kilometer in width and it's tucked between dramatic vertical rock walls and snow-capped mountain that rise high above the meadows. This little valley has no less than 72 thundering waterfalls, some of which are several hundred meters high. The moment we set foot on this dreamy village, we were hypnotized by the sound of water rushing down the rocks.  Beautiful Lauterbrunnen Beautiful Lauterbrunnen
