Pororo Park

Pororo Penguin is an all time favorite cartoon from Korea and recently they've opened the 1st Pororo Indoor Amusement Park in Singapore. Personally, I'm a fan of Pororo. Conveniently located in Marina Square, the park occupies 11,000 sq ft. Admission fee cost $25.50 for children below 2 years old and $33.50 for children above 2 years old. Accompanying adult cost $6 and each entrance is limited to a 2 hr playtime in the park.   There are 6 attractions in the park which consist of: a) Shark Ball pool: A pool full of blue and white soft balls for kids to splash and roll about.   b) Pororo Express: All kids's favourite train ride with Pororo as the captain. However, each ride is     only 2 round and lasted less than 3 mins, way too short for kids to enjoy the ride. Nonetheless, the     snowy mountain background is really pretty.   c) Pororo House: Just a house with miniature Pororo furniture. Only small kids will enjoy it but not     for the older kids.

While we could have gotten a interior designer to design our house (which also means upping our budget), we choose to conceptualize the design ourselves while seeking advises from our dear interior designer friend. After all, this is our first house and we wanted to design it ourselves.   Our humble house is a 4 room DBSS flat. "DBSS" stands for "Design, Build and Sell Scheme". Basically, the design, building and selling are done by private developers and agencies. When the project is done, it is handed to the HDB for mana
