Disneyland + Hong Kong

This was my first family trip with my younger boy and parents and they were very excited about it. For me, this will be a long awaited break from the hectic work life. Hong Kong, a crowded and yet vibrant city, filled with Michelin Stars restaurants and cafes got me droopy. I could imagine myself slurping the hot creamy lean meat Cantonese porridge, sipping the chilled milk tea, and biting into the sandwich toast...and the list of food goes on. In fact, I've read so much about the highly raved must eat dishes in Hong Kong such that I have the urge to fly there ASAP to appease my appetite. Time could be a constraint for my food exploration since I'll be stuck at Disney for 2 days and bringing 2 young kids around, I know that it will be tough for me to embark on my food hunt, We'll see how it goes then because I'll be back in Hong Kong for the food again. In fact, this was my 2nd time visiting Hong Kong.  Our journey to Hong Kong on board SIA A350 was wonderful.
